Covid-19 Update:
In communication with the organizations that support children who need hugs, we followed their requirements and recommendations. We now have an updated process for all deliveries. As with everything related to the pandemic, I'm sure we may have a few adjustments based on more experience. It is all about the health and safety of the children who need a "safe" hug!
Here's how it works:
1. Wash hands to tag animals with Hugaroo card for delivery.
2. Place animals in clear plastic bags and close one to two week(s) before delivery.
3. To Be Delivered items should be double bagged at point of assembly so the outer bag exposed in
transport can be easily disposed at delivery.
4. When making deliveries, we follow our supported organization's requirements for masks, etc.
