☁️ Check for Softness - Ensure each toy is soft, cuddly, and huggable we only send out the best!
🔍 Inspect for Defects - Examine each new stuffed animal for manufacturing issues such as tears, stains, or loose stitching to ensure it meets quality standards before delivery.
✂️ Tag Preparation - Help remove plastic tags and prepare our custom tags for tying.
🎀 Attach Tags & Ribbons - Tie tags with cute ribbons around the stuffed animals' arms or legs.
🛍️ Bagging Helpers - Carefully place stuffed animals in clear bags and double-bag them for safety and hygiene.

Host a Drive
A Stuffed Animal Drive is when an organization or community gathers new stuffed animals to donate to Hugaroo. Additionally, volunteers can get involved in helping with donations through Tag and Bags(see next section).
We accept:

- ✅ Brand-new animals only
- ✅ Soft, cuddly, colorful toys
- ✅ Sizes between 6½" to 18"
- ✅ Embroidered eyes, nose, and mouth preferred (no hard plastic)

Tag and Bag
Once stuffed animals are collected, they need to be prepared for delivery. That’s where Tag and Bag Events come in!
Volunteers help:

- Attach Hugaroo’s own tags
- Place each animal in clear bags (double-bagged for cleanliness)
